Following a brief introduction, we will spend the majority of the call Experiencing a Deeply Transformative Global Group Sound Therapy Session connecting to our Higher Divine Creator Self and Source Consciousness through Heart Intelligence and Heart Focused Intention utilizing Ancient Sound Therapy Technologies.

 

Christina will guide us begin with a Heart Centered Breathing Exercise to get us out of our heads and into our HEARTS to set our Individual and our Collective Heart Focused Intentions into motion.  We then transition right into the sound therapy session and will be gently guided down to “Deep Delta” where MAGIC happens.

 

Find a private quite place where you won’t be interrupted where you can sit back or lie down and listen with your headset or earbuds for best results.  You may listen with speakers but will not experience some of the sound therapy technologies.
